Thank you for your text.

You will receive a response usually within 10 minutes with a message saying;

"Your request has now been received and will be processed shortly"

if you do not receive this message within 2 hours please check the message you sent.

1. please make sure that the number you sent it to is correct. THE NUMBER IS 60777.

2. please make sure that you inserted the word "DRIVE" before you added your address.

3. please make sure that you added your postcode at the end of you address.

If you failed to include any one of these 3 items you will need to send your text again.

Your information is usually despatched within 4 days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery
